Here are samples of sponsored, paid and organic social campaigns I've managed. For the following, I created the editorial content and worked with sales and promotions to determine pricing for the various clients. 
KATU SUMMER GUIDE
KATU'S Summer Guide sponsored by AAA of Oregon was a months-long social campaign promoting fun warm-weather activities to check out in the region. One Summer Guide story was published and promoted each week with a web story, sponsored Facebook post, Instagram post and Instagram story. I wrote and edited each component of the campaign. Below is a sample of of one of the series' stories: 'Incredible Views in the Portland Area.' 

Whether you prefer mountainous landscapes or city skylines, sunrises or sunsets, nature or concrete, the Portland area has it all when it comes to spectacular views.

INSPIRE, SALUTES
Twice a month, I'd repackage a story from WJLA anchor Michelle Marsh's 'Inspire' series and WJLA anchor Jonathan Elias' '7 Salutes' series into a text-on-screen video for a boosted Facebook post tagging the clients' pages (BMW and PenFed). 
STORY PROMOTION
Below are social media posts I crafted to promote a long-form reporter story about the Columbia River Gorge recovery. 

Right now, several crews from multiple agencies and organizations are working to repair and reopen trails in the Gorge that were damaged or even destroyed in last summer's Eagle Creek Fire.

OREGON HUMANE SOCIETY TELETHON
I created several social media campaigns driving viewers to our annual Oregon Humane Society telethon on KATU News. My campaigns were comprised of strategic Facebook posts, Tweets and Instagram posts in the days and weeks leading up to the the telethon, live tweets of the actual event, and a live PUPPY CAM stream on Facebook. Rootopia is a years-long paid social campaign I worked on for KATU News. Rootopia -- an organization that works with the Oregon state school system -- encourages kids to get excited about eating healthy and eating local.
