Kirsten produces and edits social media content for one of the largest daily newspaper publishers in the U.S. -- the New York Post -- boasting a combined social following of more than 7.5 million, and an average monthly reach of more than 22 million on Facebook.  She likes to say that a Facebook status or Instagram caption is just the tip of the strategy iceberg, and believes something as simple as a well-placed comma could change the trajectory of a post. 
Kirsten is responsible for optimizing original content and breaking news for social platforms, driving to the NYP website grossing over 200 million average monthly page views. She executes daily publishing across Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and occasionally Snapchat, and plays a key role in the news-gathering process. Her other duties include utilizing analytics to track trending topics and viral content, contributing to the development of macro growth strategies, managing audience engagement campaigns and staying up-to-date on the latest social technologies and best practices.
