  • Grew the New York Post Instagram following by nearly 50% during tenure

  • Grew New York Post Instagram clicks back to site through link in bio by more than 500% in 4 months, from an average of 30K clicks per month to over 200K clicks per month

  • Grew New York Post monthly Facebook video views by more than 1,000% in 5 months

  • Instrumental in the New York Post TikTok account launch & on-camera presence -- garnering more than 1 million video views in its first month live. 


  • ​Brought KATU News to #1 in its competitor set each month for total Facebook interactions and video views, highest Facebook engagement rate and largest follower growth, with a monthly reach of more than 12 million. KATU's Facebook page consistently outpaced those of three other market television stations and Oregon's largest newspaper by a sizable margin.  

  • Grew KATU News' Instagram following by 1,000% in two years, organizing a complete strategy overhaul and implementing the regular use of Stories and IGTV. KATU consistently claimed the highest Instagram engagement rate in the market during Kirsten's tenure.   

  • Considered a company leader in social media strategy, managing both of Sinclair Broadcast Group's top social media presences at the time: KATU News and ABC7 (WJLA). Kirsten consistently landed KATU News in the number one spot for monthly social performance out of Sinclair Broadcast Group's 170+ stations, and did the same for ABC7 during her time there.

  • Grew KATU News' Twitter following by 141% in 2 years, and implemented the regular use of Periscope's producer function and Twitter Live to bring followers breaking news coverage from Portland and around the world. 

  • Grew KATU News' average monthly Facebook video views from about 2 million to 11 million in 2 years, spearheading the use of Facebook Live and text-on-screen videos.  

  • Brought ABC7 (WJLA) from fourth to first in the Washington, DC TV market for total Facebook interactions month-over-month during her tenure.

  • Increased Facebook Live presence and implemented the regular use of a text-on-screen video format to bring ABC7 to number one status in its competitor set for Facebook video views month-over-month. 

  • Grew ABC7's Instagram following by 33% in 6 months. 

  • Achieved monthly reach of more than 10 million on ABC7's Facebook page.

  • Managed website, consistently grossing an average of 10 million monthly page views

Kirsten helped produce Facebook Live coverage of the 2018 State of the Union Address for ABC7. The video made Delmondo's list of top 25 SOTU streams on Facebook (in terms of reach). ABC7's feed was the only stream from a local news outlet to make the list, beating NPR, CBS, Vice, Huffington Post and several other major media companies. 

Her other claim to fame is posting the most-clicked-on story in the history of the New York Post across all company owned social channels.
